Sealy, Alvin, TX 77511, on December 7, 2021, at 2:15 p.m. PROPOSALS: may be obtained on the City of Alvin website at CityDepartments/Bid dingInformation. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A non-mandatory meeting will be held at the Public Services Department on November 30, 2021, 1100 W. Hwy 6, Alvin, TX 77511. SEALED PROPOSALS: Shall be submitted including one (1) marked original and (1) complete document submittal in PDF format saved on a flash drive.
