Emergency personnel closed off parts of FM 528 for a few minutes to allow a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter to land and rescue four people who had not gone through dialysis treatment since before Harvey became a hurricane. A photo that was placed on Facebook in advance of this rescue resulted in several people asking the Alvin Sun if there was dialysis available in Alvin. "No one truly knows just how scary it can be.. the bad toxic that is in your blood is not good," said one person through Facebook. (Staff video by Albert Villegas)
