Floyd Carlos Mills, age 79 of Alvin, Texas passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020 at his residence. Floyd was born on October 25, 1940 in Sugarland, Texas and was a resident of Alvin for over 70 years. He worked 30 plus years as a Superintendent for Brown and Root Construction and will be remembered for many things especially his big smile. Floyd is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Mills; parents, Tom and Annie Ruth Mills; sisters, Betty Griffin and Kathy Tower; brothers, Roy Mills and Charles Mills.

Floyd is survived by his; daughters, Deborah Shuler and husband Elvis, Tammie Campbell and husband Joe Harris; sons, Floyd Allen Mills, Sammy Mills and Jay Campbell; brothers, Clarence Mills, T.J. Mills and wife Carol; brother in laws, Allen “Tony” Crainer and wife Marsha, Mike Crainer and wife Sheryl; grandchildren, Jalyn Belletto and husband Bubba, Robin Lindsey and husband Dusty, Jamie Anderson and husband Dave, Cody Campbell, Reid Shuler, Emerald Harris and Sailor Harris; 7 great grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held in Floyd’s honor at a later date
