Siptak

Kirill Fefelov Siptak was born July 9, 1984, and was taken home to be with the Lord September 30, 2019. His premature death was caused by a hit-and-run driver while he was riding his bicycle home. He was born in Tomsk Siberia, USSR and was adopted by Jim and Jimmie Sue Siptak in January of 1998. He was preceded in death by his birth mother, Antonina A. Fefelova.

He is survived by his adoptive parents, Jim and Jimmie Sue Siptak; brother, Michael Siptak; and sister, Robin Reynolds. Kirill is also survived by a second set of parents, Andy and Robin Tacquard, and two additional sisters, Blaire Tacquard and Tara Morris.

Kirill served in the U.S. Navy after graduating from high school. He was an athletic individual who loved tennis, swimming and water-polo, at which he excelled, and won a number of trophies and ribbons. Even though Kirill did not know one word of English when he came to America, he learned the language quickly. He was artistic, taught himself to play the guitar and could do just about anything else he set his mind to do. Kirill was a tree specialist who worked hard and loved working outdoors. He loved his family and friends and talked about them all the time. Kirill loved to entertain everyone, and he was always the life of the party. He loved to laugh and make us laugh. Kirill was big hearted and kind. Even though he didn’t have much, he was generous and would give you the last dime in his pocket and worry about how to get another one tomorrow. The old expression of “He will give you the shirt off his back” was how Kirill lived. His big personality will be so missed by his family and friends.
