Daniel Ritchey 37, passed away Sunday August 9, 2020 at his residence in Manvel, Tx.

Daniel was born December 14, 1982 in Pasadena, Tx. He is survived in life by his wife Kortany; sons, Daegan and Kierce; parents, John and Dana Gray; grandparents, John and Margaret McLelland; brothers, Zach and Devin and his wife Brittney, and nephews, Matthew, Wyatt, and Levi, and niece, Zoey; and nieces Peyton and Olivia expected in October; Uncle Tom and Aunt Shannon and numerous other relatives; and many very special friends he considered family.

Daniel is preceded in death by his sister Patricia.

Daniel aspired and achieved his dreams of owning his own tattoo shop Wild West Tattoos and Piercing in Alvin and being recognized as a very well accomplished tattoo artist. Daniel was a man who kept his hands busy with his many skills and talents. A few of his interests and hobbies included an overzealous love of his reptiles and arachnids, large collection of both drones and wings, and a avid love of his mini truck.

Daniel was the director of AGRO Suspension Team Houston for about a decade. Which he had a huge love for and acquired a very large extended family through.

Daniel was also a member of Bro’s, Beer, and FPV and Nissan D21 of Texas which he loved and acquired many great friends from. He always dove in head first when it came to hobbies and projects. He was always “crashing” planes more than flying them. When he purchased his 91 Nissan in 2018 he dove head first on fixing it to be what he wanted and would drive it to meets anytime he could.
