Clyde Burton Mehornay, Jr. was born in 1952 in Houston, Texas at only 3 pounds and 2 ounces but survived to a day short of his 68th birthday. He was a wonderful husband, caring father, and a gentle caretaker of the family pets.
His high school friends said he was the smartest guy they knew. This smart guy went on to get his Computer Engineering Degree from the University of Houston and became a programmer at NASA for 40 years.
He was a collector of trivia and could tell you the make, model, and year of most any car. Clyde was the family spellchecker before there was a spellchecker because he could spell anything. He loved old movies particularly the bad ones nd could tell you who the actors were and all the errors in the bad ones.
Clyde is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Sr. and Dorothy, and his brother William.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Judith; sons, Sean and Shea; sister, Kathy and her husband David; daughter-in-law, Allison; and cats Cali, Non, and Shadow; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
