Wesley James Totty, age 72 of Alvin, Texas passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2020 in Houston, Texas. Wesley was born on December 20, 1947 in Memphis, Texas and was a resident of Alvin for over 45 years. Wesley worked for many years as a Medic and a Volunteer Fireman with Alvin for 42 years, and proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Viet Nam Conflict.  Wesley enjoyed building ladders and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Drucilla and Elvin Totty and brother-in-law, Bill Franklin.  

Wesley is survived by his wife: Kay H. Totty, daughters, Kelly Garcia and husband, Jim, Kathy Padeiro and husband, Jimmy; step-daughters, Raegan Martin, Jill Martin; sister, Barbara Franklin; 13 grandchildren: Joseph, Alexis, Brandon, Cassandra, Sierra, Jacey, Jesse, Noah, Caitlin, Abby, Cheyenne, Beka, Damien; 2 great-grandchildren, Rosely and Teagan; along with numerous other relatives and friends.   

Visitation was held from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Scott Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M.
