Travis Patrick (Pat) Norwood went to be with his Lord and Savior on August 26, 2020 in Sweeny, Tx, with his “Booboo” by his side. Pat was born March 3, 1937 to D.W. “Curly” Norwood and Delores Foeh Norwood in Halletsville, Tx.

Pat graduated from Tuloso Midway in 1955. He was the type of man that was a man’s man and loved by everyone. Teachers, coaches and fellow students. In school he was a superior athlete and in a recent year was awarded the honor of being placed in the high schools Hall of Fame. Pat also served in the Army, where he served as M.P. in Korea and played sports with his army teams.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his mother-in-law and father-in-law Reek and Francis Clay and on June 10, 2020 by his beloved son-in-law, Craig Eversole.

He loved his family very much and was so proud of them all. He is survived by his wife Boo Norwood of 61 years, his daughter Patti Eversole, son Clay and Debbie Norwood, grandchildren, Catlin and Taylor Eversole, Carly and Payton Pawlosky, Dakota and Dawson Bockel, Reagan Norwood, Payton Norwood, Brooklyn and Marshall Long, Jessica and Eric Dye and Jt Moore. Great grandchildren Realyn and Ty Oehlert, Avery Eversole and Banks Bockel.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
